I am Anna-Lena.

As certified systemic coach, I support leaders and those who feel called to become one in developing their vision, inner strength and confidence to lead from inside with clarity and kindness towards themselves and others.

With 15 years of experience in different roles in European cooperation, higher education and research policy and foresight, I know what it means to work in fast-paced, multicultural and complex environments.

To have an impact in working in a such contexts and remain healthy, I believe, we need to strengthen our own inner leadership, no matter in which position we are, to stop being mainly driven by external circumstances and expectations and instead reconnect with ourselves, our own inner wisdom to lead from inside.
